Why Does Schizophrenia Develop at Late Adolescence?

The psychotic disorder, Schizophrenia typically develops at adolescence. In response to this, governments around the world have given priority to "early intervention", i.e. the early diagnosis and treatment of young adults with psychotic symptoms.
